This Privacy Policy describes how The SWELL at SURF ("The SWELL", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit swellincubator.com or apply to join our community. This page is maintained by The SWELL and is not a substitute for legal advice.

• Information you provide: name, email, phone, company, links, and answers you submit through membership, drop-in, advisor, event, or partner forms.
• Automatic information: basic request data such as IP address, browser, and pages viewed, used for security and rate limiting.

• To review applications and communicate with you about membership, drop-ins, events, and advising.
