The Lineup
We're building our advisor lineup. Come and be one.
Specialist advisors for a founder community built for women founders and open to anyone aligned with the mission. Ninety minutes a quarter for most people, and we tell you exactly what we need.
We'll tell you the cost before we ask for a yes
Office Hours Advisor
One 90-minute block per quarter. Four 20-minute founder conversations, back to back. No prep, no slides. We schedule it, brief you, and send the founders' questions in advance.
Guest Expert
One session a year. A masterclass or fireside on the thing you know better than almost anyone.
Track Lead
Anchor one track: a masterclass or feedback clinic each quarter, plus one office hours block. For advisors who want a real relationship with a cohort.
1:1 Mentor
Matched with one or two founders for two quarters, meeting monthly. Deepest impact, biggest commitment. By mutual agreement after a first conversation.
Nine advisor tracks. Here's where we need your expertise.

And functional advisors who serve every member:
Special ask: AI operators.
Not researchers. People who have shipped AI into a product or rebuilt a workflow around it. 86% of our members' peers are already using AI (opens in a new tab), mostly by trial and error. An hour with someone who has done it properly changes a founder's month.
Your industry isn't listed? Still worth a conversation. Our members build in gaming, hospitality, logistics, legal and plenty of things without a category, and functional experience travels across all of it.
The bar is experience that transfers, not a famous logo
You're a fit if either is true:
You've built or operated it.
Founded, scaled or run a business in one of our tracks, with revenue, an exit, or the hard-won version of both. Bootstrapped counts fully.
You have functional depth.
Ten or more years in a discipline our founders are missing, with a record of being useful to early, resource-constrained companies.
What matters most: your advice works at $50K in revenue, not only at $50M. Our members are early and capital-constrained by design.
We particularly want advisors who have built without venture capital, who have grown a services business, who have shipped AI in production, or who have been in Seattle's ecosystem long enough to make warm introductions. Men are welcome as advisors. The community is for women founders. Advising is open to anyone who can help them.
What's in it for you
These roles are unpaid and equity free. We keep membership at $100 a month so the room stays open to women who are funding this themselves, which means we cannot pay advisors. What we can offer is worth naming.
- Credit. Your name and company on the advisor page, in member communications and in every session you run, if that's something you want.
- A first look at Seattle. You meet founders well before anyone else is paying attention, which is useful whether you invest, hire, partner or sell.
- Real work. You sit with a founder and help her solve something specific. She will remember who did it.
- The rest of the Lineup. Our advisors meet each other too. Operators, investors and specialists worth knowing, plus invitations to masterclasses, launches and events.
- Almost no admin. We handle scheduling, briefing and follow-up. You show up and talk.
- Something to point to. A board bio, your firm's community commitments, your own platform.
Ground rules
So this stays trustworthy for members: no selling your services from the advisor seat, disclose any recruiting or investment interest, declare conflicts in writing, and sign a short code of conduct. One page, two minutes.
