The Founder's Mastermind is a professionally facilitated group of founders at a similar stage, working real problems and decisions together. It is not a class, an accelerator, or a casual conversation. It is a mastermind group tailored for women ready to build differently.

Who it's for
Four stages, one table
The program offers tracks for women who identify with these four stages of business.

Each group may contain a combination of stages. If any of these sound like you, or if you're moving in one or more of these directions, book a call to chat.
The program
Eight sessions. Six members. Six months.
Eight sessions with six group members and a professional facilitator, set across six months at the group's preferred cadence. Always in person or virtual, but never hybrid.
Session arc
Build trust and set the container, do deep work on each member's business, address any burning needs, and set commitments to follow up on at the next session.
Between sessions
Engage in a private online platform to stay accountable to your commitments, continue collaborating with your group, and receive reminders, prompts, and encouragement.
Preparation
When your business need is on the agenda, you prepare a five-minute conversation starter for the group before diving in.
What comes next
Your group may decide to showcase your learning and progress to SWELL, conclude, re-up for another six months, or join another group.

$100 holds your seat and counts toward the fee, refundable in full until the programme begins

How to join
Three steps to your seat

Book a fit call with Amanda Baker, the program facilitator, to align your vision to the track you're on and sign up.
- 02
Once you're in, you'll be sent a confirmation email with an invoice to pay your deposit and agree to payment terms.
- 03
When a full group has formed, you'll receive a welcome email with a poll to set your first meeting.
