For $100 a month, join a dedicated community built for women founders, open to anyone aligned with the mission, at SURF Incubator, Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5pm. Weekly programming, peer circles, advisor hours, coaching, and a real place to build.
Three ways to start
Pick the one that fits you. There is no wrong door.
We already know each other
Skip the formalities. Email Sally, say you want in, and tell her what you are building. She will sort out the rest.
We have not met yet
Book a 15-minute call. No pitch, no form first. Tell Sally what you are building and what is hard right now, and she will tell you honestly if this room would help.
Just come and see it
Drop in on a Thursday. Bring your laptop, work alongside us, meet a few members, and see how the room feels. No booking needed and nothing to sign.

Join the First Wave
We have only 50 spots as First Wave founding members. The first 50 get a personalized mini surfboard on The First Wave Wall.

A short form, mostly logistics. Then you are in.
What membership includes
$100 a month, month to month, cancel with 30 days notice. Most members are here two days a week. That is when it stops feeling like a coworking space and starts being a community.

Add $50 a month to your base membership and get access to:

The two things we ask
- You are a woman building something: a company, a project, a practice, a side venture. There is no revenue threshold.
- You show up in good faith. Ask for help when you need it, offer it when you can, and respect the room.
