Catch the momentum and build together.
Open to everyone. No membership needed.
Join us at The SWELL for our weekly open house founder drop-in. You do not have to be a member, or a member of anything, to walk through the door. Come once, or come every week. There is no pitch, no prep, and no commitment, just a space to work alongside other women, share ideas, and ride the momentum of a supportive community.
Every Thursday from 9:30am, downtown Seattle. Non-members welcome.
How it runs: a relaxed rhythm.
Show up when you can, stay as long as you need. You do not need to be a SWELL member to attend. Members and non-members work side by side here every week.

Arrive, grab coffee, and work on your own thing.

The sharing circle
A short, casual circle where a couple of women share a tool, tactic, or question.

Afternoon, open
Keep working, wander the space, or grab lunch with someone you just met.
Who it is for.
Non-members welcome
The SWELL is built for women and non-binary founders. The programming, mentor network, and community are designed around their experience, and participation is open to any founder who is aligned with that mission.
The first wave of 50 founding members is full. The next wave is now open with 25 spots to join The SWELL. Join to claim yours.
